LZ643  φ1.6mm/φ2.4mm

C:5.0%, Cr:21.5, Mo:0.7%, W:0.8%, V:0.8%, Nb:0.6, Ni:0.6, hardness:HRC60-65.

LZ643 is a highly complex C-Cr-W-Nb-V-alloyed hardfacing welding wire, which has a very tough martensitic carbide micro structure. Its’ hardfacing deposit takes effect for sever abrasive wear  under 600℃.
