It is a new printing process, and the printing methods are divided into two parts: transfer film printing and transfer processing;



(1)Transfer film printing: using dot-printing (whose resolution ratio is up to 300 dpi), the pattern is printed on the film surface in advance. The patterns have rich designs and colors. With small chromatism and good reproducibility, it can meet the requirements of designers and is suitable for mass production.



(2)transfer processing: through the primary processing of the heat transfer machine (pressurizing and heating), the fine patterns on the printing film can be transferred to the product surface. After molding, the ink layer is integrated with the surface of product, vivid and eye-catching.
