Shock absorber valve body is made by powder pressing and sintering (Powder Metallurgy) technology, then do black steam oxidation as per surface treatment.

Technical information:

1.    Material: MPIF 35 FC - 0205

Equivalent material: DIN 30910 - Sint C10

2.    Chemical composition

3.    Hardness range: HRB 40 – 100 Before black oxidation (around 50 HRB) 

                                                          After black oxidation (around 85 HRB)

4.    Density range: 6.3-6.9 g/cm³

5.    Possible tolerance for ID: 0.03 mm, for OD: 0.05 mm

6.    General tolerance: ISO 2768 – m

7.    Degree of oxidation: 2-5%, thickness 0.003-0.005 mm Fe3O4

Packing of shock absorber valve body:

1.    Rolled by anti-rust kraft paper, 5 or 10 pcs per roller / Plastic blister packing

2.    Neutral standard carton or to your choice

3.    Wooden boxes or pallets

Process flow of shock absorber valve body:

Powder mixing – Pressing – Sintering – Sizing – Ultrasonic cleaning – Steam oxidation – Oil impregnation – Final inspection – Packing – Storage

Quality control of shock absorber valve body:

Work instruction paper and pictures at each working position

Process flow card with each tray (Fully traceability)

Sampling inspection and routing inspection

TS:16949 5 tools: PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA

Dimensional report as per your requirement by CMM, projector, etc
