Introduction

The Wireline BOP Pressure Control Equipment is used for testing and paraffin treatment in flowing oil well, gas well, water injection well and coalbed methane testing.

The whole Wireline BOP Pressure Control Equipment is composed of Grease Injection Control Head, Top Catcher, Lubricator, Bottom Catcher (include testing blowout assy), BOP, Pump-in Tee, Up sheave, Down sheave, Crossover Flange, Quick testing Assy, all kinds of pipes and other components which necessary.

Technical Proposal of some parts

1.Grease Injection Control Head

The Grease Injection Head is designed to perform a wireline sealing function on braided cable. Positioned at the uppermost point of the pressure control equipment string, the Grease Injection Head comprises two major sub assemblies: the stuffing box or pack-off and the flow tube assembly.

2. HYDRAULIC TOOL CATCHER-Type:ZQ-105

The Hydraulic Tool Catcher is designed to engage and retain the tool top fish neck or rope socket of any tool string that has accidentally collides with the stuffing box or grease injection head, and strips off the wireline from the rope socket. It will prevent the tool string from falling downhole. The Hydraulic Tool Catcher is released hydraulically by utilizing a hand pump
