JZC series concrete mixers are portable concrete mixers with 2 tyres, except JZC750 is fixed concrete mixer.

Assemble lifting bucket, which mouth is lower than ground, be conveniently for aggregate loading and feeding.

Working principle

Assemble gear ring around the external surface of the mixing drum, and the driven-shaft has small gear engages the teeth of the gear ring. Meanwhile, assemble spiral mixing blades on the internal surface of the mixing drum.
In working style, relying on the drum rotating and inner material own gravity, the drums clockwise rotating for concrete mixing, and the anti-clockwise rotating for concrete discharging.
In non-working style, JZC series concrete mixer can move to other working site by trailer dragging.
